A workshop on HR ‘The Talent War – Retaining employees beyond salaries’ will take place on Friday 6 June in the WindEurope offices in Brussels, with a “getting to know you” dinner on the previous evening.
In an increasingly challenging employment landscape, associations are grappling with the formidable task of retaining their most valued staff members. More than half of associations are finding it increasingly difficult to retain talented employees amidst the uncertainties of the current economic climate.
