Overcoming the Generational Gap

The generational gap is the divide in perspectives, values, and communication styles between different age groups, often influenced by their unique formative experiences and technological landscapes. Through inter-generational collaboration we hope to bring together people from different generations leveraging their unique strengths and knowledge to overcome the challenges of the gap. This collaboration can foster empathy, break down stereotypes, and drive innovation by combining, for example, an older generation’s experience with a younger generation’s tech-savviness. Many of us face challenges in overcoming that gap and we don’t necessarily know how to create a workable intergenerational collaboration strategy at our workplaces.
