In an increasingly complex communication landscape, associations face growing pressure to engage diverse audiences, demonstrate impact, and deliver meaningful experiences with limited resources.
This interactive workshop invites participants to step back from tactics and explore the purpose behind their communication strategies. By focusing on the “why” that drives messaging, branding, member engagement, and decision-making, participants will learn how to create communication that is more intentional, effective, and audience-centred.
Combining analytical and process-oriented approaches with a reflective and human-centred perspective, the workshop will explore how associations can align purpose, strategy, audience needs, and data to build stronger relationships and generate greater impact.
Through practical exercises, peer discussions, and real-world examples, participants will gain tools and frameworks that can be immediately applied within their own organisations.
This workshop is restricted to AC Forum members only. There is no registration fee for this workshop.
